Summer eating is hard. It is something a bit difficult for me to admit, but it truly does feel that way. I went a week without my usual meal plans, and I've been a complete mess. I mean, there is a reason I stuck to my meal plans for so long, what really was my plan here?!
For this week we have so much pasta going on! Of course, wholewheat pasta! I can honestly say that I've always loved pasta, and for a long time I thought that it was completely off the menu when eating healthy. Luckily, I found wholewheat (and sometimes gluten free, too) pasta, and I am really, really happy about it.
