Cannot believe we are in the middle of summer! Everything I seem to be craving is fruits, ice-cold water, and really sweet things... Meal plan, come and save me! Lately, I've been burning A LOT of calories with my workouts, so I'm all for that antioxidant juice I have this week, and that sweet lemon smoothie for breakfast... yummy!
